Once the purchased digital content has been successfully downloaded/accessed and played or used, the purchase is considered consumed and is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Therefore, downloading/accessing and using or playing the purchased content and then requesting a refund simply because you no longer want the product will not qualify for a refund.
